The challenge of this team buildding exersise was to have each member of the team exchange the tennis ball without dropping it and see which team could do it the fastest. Our team decided to make a slide with our hands and drop the ball down it so each member would exchange the ball without having to make a time wasting effort. Our plan worked so well we won the game. I
do not think i would want to change our plan at all.
